at present much depleted it is proposed to entrust the erection of a certain number of the quarters to two of the Architect firms of old standing in the Colony Messrs. Denison, Ram and Gibbs and Messrs. Palmer and Turner at an agreed rate of about 5 per centum on the total cost of construction, the general design and planning being under the direction of the Government.
